Lila's delivers all across the UK to any address, as long as the cardholder's address is mentioned in the order. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery and all items are insured for your peace of mind.
Orders for Next Day Delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Any orders placed after this time will be sent the next working day. Customers will be notified if items cannot be delivered immediately.
Delivery time is agreed and confirmed with the customer in writing at the time of the order. Please allow some additional time for the delivery of rings that require re-sizing (the exact time of delivery will be communicated to you via e-mail or telephone).

Lila's is committed to offer you the best possible service and to respect the law. Under the current regulations, you have a cooling off period of 7 working days starting from the day after you have received them. During these 7 days you may cancel your order.
Items can be returned direct to Lila's within 14 days from the date of despatch. Alternatively, you have 30 days from the date that your order was despatched for an exchange. Returns which are received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Lila's. In the event of a customer failing to return any item to us within the time limits stated, we reserve the right to charge any costs of recovery for the goods.
Goods that have been re-sized to your specific instructions cannot be fully reimbursed, or fully refunded.
When returning items to us, the item(s) must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the copy receipt.
For your benefit and security in the event of a return we recommend that you send the goods back to Lila's by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whilst they are in transit.
*Lila's will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or damaged. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received damaged, please notify us (by telephone or email) on the same day if you wish to return the item. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before disposing of any original packaging.
How to proceed if you wish to return faulty goods
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, it must be returned within 7 days. The items will be inspected, and any damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with any guarantees. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service to cover delivery and any other costs incurred.
Receiving a refund
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
If there are any problems with any item purchased from ourselves, then please feel free to contact us, as soon as possible, in order for us to try and resolve them.
